You're welcome the compliment was well deserved your article was very thorough and really offered me so much more information than I've seen anywhere else concerning my great uncle music is so important and such a unique and integral part of who we are as humans .I think music in particular is somehow the key and the thread that ties us to the universe through vibration and patterns and mathematical structures. I believe that music has much more purpose and design then just to be pleasant to the ears... I plan to start sharing some of my oddly unique keyboard pieces in the near future difficult because it never is planned it just happens and I play from start to finish sometimes up to 15 minutes or more I usually can't play the same piece twice if it's very complicated so I try to record everything I never practice and never taken a lesson finger positioning is very unorthodox and I can't read music some things I play sound like classical operetta other things sound like just very strange and in all harmonics kind of backwards take care I'll keep in touch

Thank you for these kind words. My article on Golschmann is quite old and ideally needs updating, since several further performances have come to light in the meantime.
Though Golschmann is little remembered in the UK - apart from the long-distant and brief period with the Scottish Orchestra I believe he conducted there very little - I find that American music lovers have good memories of him and a lot of respect for his series of recordings with the St. Louis SO.

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job of portraying and listing so much of the work of my great uncle Vladimir Golschmann I found it so interesting and plan to listen to more of his music and conducting maybe I'll see some similarities in some of my own music is I've been left savant from a brain injury and now spontaneously play the keyboard many times and with my eyes closed in the classical style which I can't explain other than they must be in my blood from the days as a child I sat next to Vladimir and tinkered on his grand piano in New York City with his wife Odette looking on...
