At the dinner table at some close friends house yesterday, I learned that one of the guests, Mark, who is from Boston and sports a heavy Mass. accent, used to visit relatives in Salem every summer. He told me when he was 12 in the summer of 1970, he remembers waiting in the rain to shake hands with the BW cast and he got to meet them! He also remembers AM waiving to the crowd from her window at the Hawthorne. Well, it only took me about 30 seconds to convey my love of this show and I told him I would share his story on this site with all of you !

Thanks Doc and Gary,these guys were in the middle of moving from Colorado back to Florida so I only had a little time to talk to Mark. I don't, however, believe he has any photos.

I had MrMortimer's "similar" experiences so many times here in Salem and very rarely anyone has photos. The photos around are all in my books about the Salem visit. Peter
