hey guys find this today on line thought i share at 1930
census on dick york in his home in fort wayne(1526 Swinney Ave., Fort Wayne, IN) he 1 year and half old at time sound like mother was 15 when he come and father in early 20s think age 23 anyone know where they met? sound like she school girl and father was all ready in his 20s
i was shock find this as age differents doesn't sound right

Thanks Arfies and Tiffany was she married at 15Years? or did that become married later on? Can't image what she what through when she find out Dick was on his way if she unmarried teenage at the time.

At the time Dick York was born, it was relatively common for women to marry very young and to older gentlemen.
