It does look pretty cool doesn't it. I did the front of my house in pumpkins and scarecrows and stuff too. Just waiting for Halloween week when I can put up my "cemetary".

Hey Tracey do you make your own gravestones?After Christmas when all the ornaments go on sale, you can stock up on things like angels and doves. Do a faux stone treatment on them (or if you're lazy like me just buy the stone spray paint)and they give a really creepy authentic detail to your grave markers.
Just my 2 cents.

Hi Zapper,

I go to Target and get their already made cemetary kit. It has the skull head and bones, the tombstone, a black spider and a cemetary gate. Thanks for the heads up on the stone treatment. I never knew that existed!

When I lived in Canada I used to do a big yard display. I live in a condo now, so the most I can do is put something on my front door. I still have a lot of my old decorations. Sometimes I use them to do up the yards of friends who live in the suburbs.

I have a nice sized townhome with a postage stamp front yard. It is big enough to put a decoration or two out front. My cat was hilarious when he first saw the scarecrow! He kept hitting it like the scarecrow was supposed to hit back.
