Oh, dear, Dave Madden ("Super Car" and "Samantha's Shopping Spree"--not to mention Reuben Kincaid from "Partridge Family") died today at age 82. And on the same day that Russell Brand from "Gilligan's Island" left us. Sad day for 60s sitcom fans...."Witches are good! Witches are dear!"
