50th Anniversary magical montage video

I feel like the 40th anniversary was about two seconds ago, so I can't believe it's already been another ten years! A few weeks late, but I just finished a video montage featuring most of the magical sound effects used on the show. Coincidentally, there are some of the ones already mentioned in the "Pet effect" thread below. I hope you all enjoy it!

Of all Bewitched montages I've seen over the years, this is easily my favorite! Fantastic effects, sound and visual. It's apparent that a great deal of thought and effort -- and intimate familiarity with the show -- went into this, because the moments aren't just randomly assembled. I marvel that similar sound effects are kept together, despite being years apart in several instances. A suite of "classes" of those wonderful sound effects -- and a beautiful way to mark fifty years!

Joe, you do marvelous work. Thanks so much for producing and sharing this!

Excellent! Excellent! I had no idea there were that many magical sound effects!! I would have guessed maybe two dozen! Thank you so much for all that hard work. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and will be watching it again and again. (Here's hoping it will go in the "Sounds from the Crypt"!)

Addendum: I must have watched this seven times before suspecting that the eight twitch sounds following the cartoon twitches, are examples of the [most frequently used] twitch, one per season and in chronological order. Is this so?

Adorable! I <3 it. I have a photo of the Bewitched cast on my desk at work and one of the ladies today at first glance thought Elizabeth was me! I wish I was as gorgeous as she was!

Oh my goodness, Joe -- what a fabulous labor of love!

Superb, excellent, super-terrific, and so much fun.

I exhausted myself trying to name the season for each clip, so I don't want to try to imagine the work that went into this, the planning as well as the execution.

A++, good fellow.

Thanks everyone! I had a little help in that I had already made the audio one that's here on Harpies ten(?!) years ago, so I remembered where a lot of those came from (Thanks to Melanie and Bob for putting up with my endless submissions of wav files back then!). At that time, I also had used Harpies' wonderful sound effects write-up by Bill Lane for reference (https://harpiesbizarre.com/soundfx.htm). After rereading it right now, I see I missed a few!

SS, the Gladys part at the end originally had another minute of her screaming, but I decided it was a little long

I might post it as another video though, as Alice Pearce really was great at freaking out.

Octolad, you're right about the eight twitches following the cartoons, good eye! I had originally planned to just have a bunch of random shots of the standard twitch sound, but then I thought having one per season would be fun, watching Sam's look change. Putting all those twitches together made me realize that EM often has this rather determined look on her face when she twitches.

When you said you'd included "most" effects, I racked my brain (and DVDs) for any others. The only one I could come up with was the companion effect to one you included (Darrin arriving in his office in "Darrin, the Warlock".) These twin, flute-dominant effects are descending when Darrin leaves the kitchen, and (as in your montage) climbing when Darrin reaches his office. I imagine you omitted the kitchen departure sound for time, and because it's obscured by dialog and canned laughter. If you ever expand the montage, a clean example of the descending half (kitchen departure) can be found at 22:27 in "Okay, Who's the Wise Witch?" when Samantha extends the roof of the model house.

Dang it, you've given me a new reason to watch (listen to) the episodes!
