I figured I want to share some thoughts about the aforementioned concept with everyone. The design validation process https://clay.global/blog/design-validation is your ego check. Step 1: Prototype. Step 2: Test with real users (not your team). Step 3: Cry over feedback. Step 4: Iterate. The article I’ve linked before adds metrics like task success rate and SUS scores. Saved me from launching a ‘cool’ feature users hated.
