Hi, I had a layover in Newark with United Airlines EWR Terminal have high hopes — but I was impressed! Terminal C is grossly underappreciated. It was bright, clean, and had a surprisingly fantastic food culture. I actually tried a ramen bowl from one of the food courts, and it really did the trick. There are iPads on each table to order or simply surf the internet, and I never felt crowded even with a full flight's worth of people waiting. The signage was easy to navigate to my connecting gate, and the customer service staff were helpful when I had a gate change. The Wi-Fi was good (a rare gem at some airports!), and the restrooms were cleaner than they usually are. If you’re stuck on a layover with United, it’s actually a comfortable place to pass the time.
