My experience at Terminal I was remarkably seamless from start to finish when I recently departed ATL with Oman Air. Check-in was speedy, and the personnel appeared to be really happy to assist and polite. The Oman Air ATL Terminal itself was tidy, well-organized, and simple to navigate; security lines were reasonable. Although Oman Air lacks its own lounge here, the shared lounge access provided pleasant enough with decent facilities and refreshments. Boarding was prompt and smooth, and the gate personnel acted professionally and politely. Once onboard, I really valued how aware the Oman Air crew was—they ensured that everyone felt welcomed and cared for, straight from the gate to the aircraft. Though not the most recent, Terminal I at ATL is certainly workable and doesn't feel too congested, which contributed to a really nice pre-flight experience. Overall, flying Oman Air from ATL's Terminal I was a great option and I would absolutely think about it again for upcoming foreign travel.
