I’ve booked with them twice, once for a company retreat and then again for my cousin’s wedding last fall, so I can give you some insight. The first time around we had about 45 people heading from Manhattan to upstate and the coach was surprisingly new, clean, and comfortable. The driver was professional but also friendly enough to chat with some of the passengers, which is rare in my experience. The second time we used a smaller vehicle, more like a mini-bus, and that worked out perfectly for shorter distances. The prices weren’t “rock bottom,” but honestly they felt fair for the quality we got—especially since some of the cheaper companies I called didn’t even pick up the phone half the time. What impressed me most was the way their team handled last-minute changes in pickup time; they didn’t make it a big hassle. If you want to look at what kinds of vehicles and services they actually list for New York, the page here sums it up pretty well:
