Lately I’ve been feeling drained after hanging out with one of my coworkers. She’s not a bad person, but she constantly complains about everything — work, weather, her cat, you name it. I try to stay positive, but after a while I feel like I’m carrying someone else’s mood home with me. Do you guys do anything specific to keep that kind of energy from sticking to you?
