Can you really scale a business if the accounting is done in the simplest, most basic way, without deep analysis or a strategic approach?
Right now I’m just thinking about which tools in a business actually have a direct impact on its growth, scaling, and all that. I’m in no way trying to downplay what accountants do or the whole accounting system, but is it one of those tools?
