For me, it's the appointment scheduling feature. I visit a specialist every few months, and being able to book or change appointments without making phone calls saves a lot of time. I also like when the app sends reminders a day before because I used to forget dates pretty often. It's a simple feature, but it's probably the one I rely on the most.
