My mother still claims that she feels a lot better. I hope she is right. The radiologist on duty today seemed to think there was signs of pneumonia in both lungs when the one over the weekend only thought it was in one lung. I hope it is not spreading, especially since she is feeling so much better.
I have been having such a hard time with fluid retention this week. Last night I kept nibbling. Then I got into the cookies then I got into the chips and all that salt. I felt bloated when I got up this morning and decided to weigh. The scale was not only down the 8 pounds that I have been carrying the last few days of fluid but one pound less than last week. I don't know how that even works but I'll take it.
It is looking like the snow is going to be south of us. It was 68 degrees at 10:00 last night today at 10:00 we were supposed to have snow. It is 32 here but the snow band dropped lower than predicted.
The tree is up and the lights are working. My husband spent two days trying to figure out what was wrong with one strand of lights on the tree. He finally found the problem and was able to get the tree up. My solution was to go with just stringing a new strand of lights but he was adamant that he fix it. Everything is good now.
