100 zero point foods (most non starchy veggies and fruits) and 30 points a day
Blue plan-which is supposed to be like the Freestyle plan.
200 zero point foods (same as above plus certain lean proteins, certain beans and eggs) and 23 points a day
Purple plan - which is supposed to be like Core version or Simply Filling plan.
300 zero point foods, (all of the above plus potatoes and whole grains -including popcorn) and 16 points a day
I started with the green plan and lost 2.2 pounds the first week. The second week I gained 1.2 pounds! I decided having more points to eat was not a good thing for me as I tended to eat more carbs, so I went back to the Blue plan and have lost each week for the 2 weeks I have been on it.
WW was encouraging people to visit a studio the first couple of weeks the program rolled out and they gave them paper copies of the plan. I think you could probably still do that.
I like being able to switch between the plans. I know you have a lot on your plate right now-but it’s nice to have something you can control and you might not be able to control all of this medical stuff but with WW you have a method that puts YOU back in control with your food! And it has to help with the medical stuff getting some weight off.
Trust in the plan and trust in yourself! You can do this!!
