I wasnít always this way...
I let the number on the scale control my emotions for most of my life! An unexpected gain would have me leaving the scales and heading straight to the car and not staying for the Weight Watcher meeting! I would get the mentality that if the scale said I gained, I was going to have a reason to gain and go out and eat something! Luckily I have put a stop to that destructive behavior, but it took a long time- it didnít happen overnight, and I still firmly believe we are all one bite away from a binge, so I have to keep my guard up!
