And I was UP 2 tenths of a pound! Ugh! I had a pretty light eating day yesterday because I was going to an event later in the evening (I only had 17 points for the day!) and I wanted to save some points in case I ended up eating something there. Since I didnít have a lot in my system, I didnít have my usual first thing in the morning ďmovementĒ so Iím betting that played into things as well!
I was so hoping to lose SOMETHING which would put my weight in the teens...but I just have to be patient! So for now I am sitting at 220.2 pounds! Still that is so much better than 325 pounds! I know it will be gone next week and hopefully take more weight with it! It all adds up! I got this!
Onward I march!
