Start doing a new exercise aerobic exercise on the first of the month. On the first day do 1 minute morning and night. For instance on the 18th of the month, you will be doing 18 minutes and on the 30th of the month, you will be doing 30 minutes. That is morning and night. One minute added a day doesn't usually set anyone back like heading gung ho into exercise after being on the sidelines for a while. No sore muscles or struggling. It gives our bodies time to get used to it. If you promise yourself that you will do the number of minutes for the day a month it will hopefully encourage you to not miss over one session. One day wouldn't be too hard to make up but multiple days might make it stressful.
How do you consistently have time to do this exercise? Schedule "tea with the Queen" on your calendar for it each day morning and evening. Even though we are not British subjects how many excuses would be good enough to keep you away if you were invited to take tea with the Queen? Those should be the only excuses to keep you from your exercise routine that you have scheduled.
Here's to a healthier 2020 for all of us!
