2. All the sweet compliments you ladies have given me about my before/now pics. Makes me so happy. I needed to put that pic together to remind me of how far I have come and to help inspire me to continue on!
3. Bought a journal yesterday and have decided to start journaling my thoughts this year. I also want to put together a weight loss journal.
4. The time spent with Ken these past couple of weeks-priceless!!
5. After 2 adjustments with my chiropractor, my hip is doing good! So thankful the pain just disappeared yesterday.
