The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

F--Good points-wise but I made some banana bread that only had 1/2 cup for the whole thing so that points for one slice were only 4 points and I had the points do use and then some. It tasted sooooooo sweet--I know the bananas had something do with that, but I feel hungover, fuzzy-headed and achy all over. Just that small amount of sugar can do this? Wow. I had noticed that I was feeling much better overall the past week or so. It is amazing how good clean eating can make me feel and how horrible just a little junk food can make me feel. I am thinking that sugar is going to lose its attraction at all when I compare how I feel without it and how I feel with it. Not worth it.
E-- I have no idea. After 770 steps when I got up I put my tracker on the charger while I was at the computer. The idea was to pick it up when I got up even though it might not be completely charged. I forgot it until I sat down this morning.
I could tell by the way my body felt that I had gotten around 10,000. Those last 500 steps are still a bit of a reach for me so I feel them.
