You mentioned bingeing on sweets. Are they in the house? If so, get them out. One thing I know, is you canít eat them if they arenít there. Go through your kitchen and throw out anything that isnít something healthy Paula would eat. Take pictures of it! Make a commitment to doing things that will help you get healthier! Then continue tracking your food. It doesnít matter if you go over in points. All that matters is that you are getting your mind in the game. Continue looking at all those places that you want to travel to overseas, and KNOW that you are going to be going at a smaller, healthier weight and will have the stamina to walk further, dance longer, and chase down any dreams (or dreamboats!) you may have!
I have faith in you Paula! Iím glad you are talking to your dr. about your meds. For me, I have to treat my relationship with food like an addiction! Staying away from sugary sweets and all those carbs I love is my sobriety. I canít sacrifice it if I want to stay healthy.
