I know first hand that it doesnít come easy. Sometimes itís an all or nothing kind of thing, and sometimes itís baby steps...donít worry about anything except what you are doing today! Start thinking of food as fuel for your body, make smart choices, and learn to forgive yourself and move on if you have a day that isnít perfect! You donít have to be perfect, you just have to be consistent! Instead of thinking about losing weight, think about getting healthy! If you work on that, the weight will come off!
I wish I had all the answers but I donít. I just know that you are worth getting up every day and doing this! You canít be here for your husband, your kids, or your grandkids if you donít! Thereís a reason when you are flying and there is turbulence on the plane and the oxygen masks come down, that they tell you to put yours on first BEFORE you help others! You HAVE to take care of YOU if you want to be able to help anyone else!
