Managed food well yesterday. I wasn't thinking and scheduled back-back clients from 1-8 with no break for a meal. I moved my first client back a half hour so I could eat a tuna sandwich and brought quick stuff to eat in the couple of minutes between clients-2 eggs, a yogurt, bread with T peanut butter. I did good.
Put my Echo Dot in here today. My other one is in the dining room.
Almost accepting that I am going to need to wear body shaping garments with my weight loss. I have nice sweaters and dressier tees that fit but my bulges are everywhere. I don't want to wear big smocky tops all the time so will have to contain those bulges. Cindy, saw where you asked for suggestions on WW. Am looking into that. I have a couple that I haven't tried on in awhile. Will check those out.
