The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
One of the dumber things I've ever done. Had a pair of dress black shoes that I loved so much that when they were showing signs of wear a couple years ago, I bought another pair. I still had the old pair so when I was doing all my clothes sorting last weekend, I decided it was time to throw the old ones away. Friday, I wanted to wear the new ones to work. I got my plantar fascia (sp) orthotics to put in them but one wouldn't go in....I looked and realized that I'd thrown the right shoe from each pair away!!!!!!!! Talk about '2 left feet?', I have to left shoes!!. Gratitude? I searched for the shoes all over the web but they don't make the style anymore and outlets didn't have them. There was a pair listed on E-Bay but I don't order used shoes or so I thought. They look brand new! Owner took special care to show the inside of the shoe and it looks unworn. So, I ordered my shoes afterall!
Going to see CATS tonight with Patti. Really looking forward to it! Look at me...out Friday and Sunday nights.
Went to Patient First. I'd had an earache for about 4 days but it wasn't terrible so I kept ignoring it. Yesterday the ache was going down the side of my neck, too, so decided to go. Doc said my ear was filled with fluid and infection would set in so he started me on antibiotics.
Supposed to have dinner with Igmara on Thursday. Her plans change so often due to work and family stuff but hoping we can actually get together. I love this woman and she, me. We haven't made time for each other for at least 3 years except for her son's baptism.
Only two more notes to write for last week. The billing person checks them all on Monday and won't bill until the notes are done.
