If you are eating too much junk food donít buy it and have it in your house. I guarantee you that if you have to go out and buy junk food, you will eat less of it. And if you do go out and buy something, track it and throw away what you donít eat. Do not take whatís left into your house! You can do this Paula- I know you can!
My WW leader said that when she started WW that she said she was not going to give up her ice cream. She ate it every day and refused to give it up. So what she did was go out and buy a scoop of her favorite flavor at an ice cream store, tracked it, and enjoyed every bite! She lost 103 pounds and never gave up her ice cream! She admitted that if she would have bought a half gallon to keep in her freezer she would have eaten a lot more, and not been as successful.
Sometimes we have to outsmart ourselves. I donít know what your favorite go to junk food is, but if you arenít ready to cut it out of your life right now, then see if there is a way you can enjoy it away from your home, working the points into your daily allowance.
