The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
I didn't see last night
but I caught the show in re-run for the first time while I was sick. They showed several episodes that day. One girl was having the same problem. He kept giving her a chance for over a year and she gained every time but one where she lost 43 pounds in three months. She lost less than 60 pounds in a year but she also gained almost that much too so she really didn't really lose anything. She kept crying that she was only eating what she was supposed to be eating and her spouse kept saying that too.
I kept wondering if I was that delusional when I don't lose weight but later found that she was only tracking what she was supposed to eat and never weighed or measured her food. A huge plate of fish or chicken was counted as one serving. Her vegetables had to have a plate of their own. I wondered then if he didn't have anyone teach them nutrition, how to weigh and measure their foods or if they didn't have apps or notebooks to track with. It made me get better about tracking and measuring because I wonder if I can possibly be that delusional and not know it.
