2. Wanting to help the cause, (see # 1) I ordered Ken a bacon cheeseburger and fries and got me a grilled chicken Caesar salad that came with a garlic breadstick. I gave Ken the breadstick and luckily the dressing for my salad was on the side. My gratitude was that I looked up the nutrition info on that dressing, which I love by the way, and while it only had 4 carbs, it had 410 calories and was 15 points! This was just the dressing! EEK! Thank goodness I looked it up before eating it. And what was even better, I dumped it down the drain before I had time to change my mind! My salad without the dressing was only 6 points!
3. A productive day at work! Love it!
4. Feeling stronger as I get in more days of lower carb intake. The sugar cravings are diminishing.
