The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
I don't know what

caused it except the day before we had to walk up a very steep hill. My knees were slightly sore by noon the next day then I started having muscle spasms in my hip and thigh. Now the feelings have come back to my knee that I hurt when I fell at the end of September which has been completely numb since then. I am having all the pain that I missed out on then. I haven't slept more than 20 minutes at a time 3 or 4 times a night for 4 nights now. The chiropractor made some adjustments to my hips which helped some and also made my muscles sore on top of everything else. It is also making me go into ketosis as sometimes happens when people jump into heavy exercise after mostly being a couch potato. The good news is that I have lost 7 pounds since Saturday but it is also a little dangerous. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to try to sort it all out.
