I didn't get to watch it yet but I have three family members on one form or another of those drugs because they are diabetic. One started losing weight after about 6 months and lost over 50 lbs until the insurance quit paying. They can no longer afford them at $1200 per month. One got violently sick on them and had to stop taking. One has been on them for almost a year and has gained weight and the A1C is getting higher because they crave sweets all the time and they formerly did not eat sweets. We don't know if the A1C would have been worse without it or if it is the drug causing it but they are pretty sure it is causing the insatiable sweet cravings. All that to say it is not a miracle drug for everyone and even some that it works well for can't afford it. Now that they know that it works for weight loss and why it works it would be nice if they could find out why some people's bodies/brains just don't have that shut-off switch naturally and be able to fix that. Moreover, if it works that well it would be nice if the insurance companies would get on board and cover it. Like I said, just my two cents.
