You are definitely determined! I recently read a study suggesting the importance of doing isometric exercises in losing weight. By increasing muscle strength, you simultaneously boost your metabolism. This means that isometric exercises can help you lose weight. I believe the two that were suggested were the plank and the wall squat. I can't do either of those long enough to make a difference, but the one I do throughout the day are stomach vacuums which simply means to suck in your stomach and hold it as long as you can. I do them when I'm walking, when I'm sitting, when I'm laying in bed, when I'm driving, especially when stopped at a stoplight. You get the idea. Just a thought...
