Yep! I have tracked daily and written my FEWD on here….
For the past 8 years!! Medicare pays for me to have a nurse call monthly and touch base with me to see if I have anything going on or just to answer any questions I might have. I just had her call me this morning for the first time and I asked her about my diet and weight loss efforts. She suggested that I try to eat 5-6 smaller meals of around 200 calories each to try to shake up my metabolism. So I might try to incorporate that plan into my day for a couple of weeks to see if I have any luck.
