Carbs hang on to many times their weight in water. If you lower the carbs a little you should be rid of that 1.8 in a day or two and maybe more. I know that even if it is fluid it still makes you feel bloaty and puffy and makes those scales drive you crazy but the good news is that it is much easier to lose than fat. Just remember to indulge after you weigh in on weigh in day then you have a week to get rid of the fluid. Keep hanging in there.
