It’s a repeat as well! I’m going to continue what I started last week, which is not eating after 8 pm. I sleep better and feel better when I do this, but I don’t feel like it’s a habit yet, so I will continue being mindful. I want to also continue working on getting up every hour and moving like Joan is! I attempted it last week but wasn’t as successful as I would like to be. Some days I got too busy at my desk and didn’t notice the time! I may have to set and alarm for every hour and see if that helps me!
