I finally got a hold of my Primary Doctor. She apologized for not answering my inquiry after it was suggested that I do my Ortho's office. I talked to her yesterday morning. (she is on call this weekend) She wants me to take Gabapenton, artritis tylenol, flexeril, ice and heat. It did that yesterday. It the day was a total blurr because of the ten milligrams of Flexeril. I slept most of the day It felt some better. Spoke to my doctor this morning. She wants me to cut the flexeril in half and do this...Gabipenton - wait three hours, tylenol- wait 3 hours, and flexerel. Then start again. I am out of bed... not pain free. Every now and then the pain will shoot up.

I am downstairs in living roon sitting in a Lazy Boy couch with the legs up option. Somewhere in my
'Bermuda Triangle' of pain... I call it. Hip/dimple/side of left leg area. Although, my knee is starting to hurt too. Phooey plus.

I have made some progress.
