1. An update to her update yesterday that Krista gave us. So glad she got a good nights sleep and her dad’s CO2 numbers are coming down!

2. It’s Thursday. We are making our way to the weekend!

3. I found my ankle wrap this morning and have it on. Back when Ken was in the hospital and I was going back and forth 2 times a day I pulled a muscle or something on the inside of my ankle and it has never healed. It just kills me. I need to go to the podiatrist-but of course I haven’t. The gratitude is that the elastic wrap (think ace bandage that just slips on) is giving me support!

4. My new Cella brand chocolate cherry coffee! OMG! It is just like a chocolate covered cherry! I got it in my sampler box and found it on Amazon and ordered a box! I feel special drinking it! LOL

5. This day and all it has to offer me. God is good!
