1. Went to my dr this morning to have my pessary removed, inspected and put back it. So glad I got this to internally hold up my bits and pieces! (Always crack up when Beverly says that phrase -although I am sure she is talking about other bits and pieces!)

2. Talked to my Dr about my weight gain and my fears of gaining more. She was very understanding and told me that I got through Ken’s illness the best I could and now that he is getting better it is time to take care of ME! I knew this of course-but maybe hearing her say it will resonate more with me?

3. Beautiful sunny day out. Should be in the low 70’s. I’ll take it!

4. 2 weeks until Adam is home. It’s been 2 years since I’ve seen my baby boy. It will be so nice to give him a big hug!

5. This day and all it has to offer! God is good!!
