2) also asked "charge nurse" about sleep testing and although it's been on the radar, it WILL happen tonight. So glad this will be another piece of the puzzle (sleep apnea) and for this nurse Chelsey for getting it moving
3) she is also ordering his "physical assessment" with physio and more to see what he can / cannot do when he goes home. There are 12-14 stairs at home and he would have to stay 'til he can do that many unless they won't be part of his daily life. He doesn't have to use the stairs as long as we can get him home - she assured me the ambulance will take him home if that's the case
(SO MUCH DONE TODAY DUE TO TALKING TO HER! Just a young gal too!)
4) things finally getting answered - lots of referrals to happen and care to get into place but at least we have an idea of the people / agencies involved. We don't know about in home care yet as there is a wait but there could be some "interim" care. Paul and I are most worried that if he fell, we could not get him up. Dad is worried about making it the the bathroom (legit)
5) Ray for doing SO MUCH around the house while this is all going on. He is on vacation and building the pool deck / stairs but so much more than that. I'm so lucky
