1. Working from home today for a few hours due to a dr appointment at 10:30 and PT coming this afternoon with Ken. Grateful for a job that lets me be so flexible with my schedule.

2. Ken told me this morning that even though taking a shower still wears him out, he isn’t as worn out as he used to be when taking a shower before his fall.

3. Krista has her dad home!

4. It’s Friday and the sun is out. I need to mow as long as the weather cooperates.

5. My new bar shampoo that I have!! A friend told me about The Earthling Company and this fantastic bar shampoo that she gets from them. She had gotten a new bar and gave me the bar that she had been using and after using it for a week I ordered a new bar! My hair is very fine and I would always see hair coming out on my comb when I would comb it. Within the first week and a half of using it, I noticed my hair isn’t coming out any more! And I love the way my hair feels. Each bar last around 3 months! They also have a conditioner bar but my friend said she didn’t like it (not sure why) but I think I will order it and see what I think! I can’t believe how this bar lathers up! Love it!!
