Sadly when getting up to take the dogs out in the middle of the night I have snacked the past couple of nights. And while I should have counted it as food ate when I woke up I didn’t. So sadly I have a gain this week. It’s my own fault. I don’t feel good with the weight I am now but can’t seem to get things going the right direction.
I did get up this morning and tracked the piece of cheese I ate in the middle of the night-so that’s a start. I don’t understand why I can do so good for so long and now be struggling so much.
