Sudoku
Trying to walk some so, after surgery, I can do sit to stand without bending forward. I've been walking about, .4 or .5 mile a few days a week. Doesn't sound like much more, but I did .6 this morning and my back is killing me. I told myself to work on frequency, not distance but when do I ever listen to myself!
It's hard to think of grats today because I'm ruminating on the surgery but, I know I am more fortunate than, probably, 85% of the people in the world.
Oh, just thought of one. Making crab cakes for dinner. They're in the fridge, firming up.
