What was your motivation? Do you still have those motivating factors in your life?
What did you do? Are you still doing all of that or have you changed something? What have you changed. Can you get it back to the early days on WW again?
Since WW seemed to mess over the people that worked there and even the ones who were just members that attended meetings are you mad at them and sorta giving them the finger mentally by not following your plan as closely? Do you need a new plan to start fresh on? Any plan can work if you work the plan. What kind of plan can you live with?
Are you having too much or not enough of any basic food group that you need to count servings for a bit?
Are you keeping a food and exercise journal?
Do you have any kind of stress relief in your life, or do you rely on food?
Would it be possible to purchase a treadmill or recumbent bike, join a gym, watch videos and get more exercise? A body in motion stays in motion and when we don't move a lot at our ages we will come to regret it.
What can you do that you don't do now. It is not always about being super strict in areas. It is about finding things that we can do. Sometimes it is about what we add, for instance, do you need more fat, protein, vegetables or fiber in your life? If so try to add that first. You would be surprised how satisfying it can be and keep you from snacking or feeling hungry when you are getting the correct nutrients.
Just take a deep breath and try to stop stressing and getting so frustrated, it will just make things worse. Maybe, after the way this year started for you take a mental checkup. What can you do for yourself to counter the stress? Is meditation, yoga, tai chi, spirituality, music, dancing, becoming a gym rat, taking up swimming or pickleball, reading, a new hobby, lessons in something, going to a spa, getting manicures and pedicures regularly, a new hair cut, some new clothes, travel, even if only a short trip, or something else in your future to help you de-stress?
It is not all about a strict diet regime, it is about getting comfortable in your life again. If you spend some time with you, perhaps you can find what you need to do to get there again.
