261 I don't really feel any different but it's a mood boost for sure. What I've learned is that there aren't any half measures in losing. I'm either all in or I won't be successful. Hate it, but it's true.

Bill being here. He is of zero emotional comfort and he's been growling at me lot ie I say his name and get "W-H-A-T?" in reply. My guess is that he is nervous, too, about all he will be called to do. Again, I'd be recovering in a nursing home if he wasn't here. So, growl away if you must!

Have any of you watched Wolf Hall on Masterpiece Theater (Amazon Prime)? It's a period drama of Thomas Cromwell and Henry VIII. If you're into that sort of thing, it's really well done. Lots of.heads being lopped off.

I think my digestive system is getting more accustomed to this eating healthy. Still some issues but better.
