If you don't have a rolator with a seat, try to find a used medical equipment place, or even Salvation Army or Goodwill.e It makes that walking part so much easier because it gives you a sense of security, and you can also sit down when you feel weak. That way, you can go a few feet down the sidewalk or street, too, and add more steps every few days. Don't try to do it all at once. Do one lap, then two and work up to 5 or 10-minute sessions several times daily. That will get your strength back better than overdoing and having a setback.
