that promotes cell and bone growth and a bunch of other stuff. I put the unflavored in my coffee and had to throw it out. I tried it in gingerale and it was barely palatable. Reminds me of what dirty socks would taste like. I put the punch I gingerale this morning with ice and just gulped it down in 2 gulps. It's only to be mixed in 6-8 oz of liquid so easy to just get it down in 1 or 2 gulps.
