You have a tool in your arsenal with the Oz. Hopefully, you can use it to get this turned around.
I know that "dieting" is all about what we have to give up, but something that is helping me is thinking about what I can add to my days that will help me get healthier. For instance, I am striving to get at least 4 nonstarchy vegetables a day. I am trying to get two starchy vegetables or whole grains a day instead of eating cereal, crackers, white pasta and white bread. I am trying to add at least two fruits a day, who knew it would be so hard to get something that I like so much in. Just shows how bad my habits have gotten. I am trying to get higher protein in every meal. I am trying to get two good fats in my meals every day. I am trying to get more fluids. With all this thinking and planning on what I am going to get first it don't leave me a lot of time or appetite to eat the unhealthy things that I was eating. This is just a suggestion of one of the many things that can be done that does not involve all or nothing, take away everything you love weight loss but it is really helping me with the food noise.
I pray that you can find something that you can live with for the rest of your life instead of something that works while you can stand to work it but drives you bonkers after a time and makes you not even want to think about it again. Is your email still the same as listed above? I have some things that I want to send you.
