Here it is stupid. Insurance won't cover food allergy testing unless you have already had a severe reaction to a food. We are talking severe, as in anaphylactic shock.
I can see you having an allergic reaction to BP medication. I had reactions to several before we found one that didn't cause adverse reactions, so far. One of them was so bad that instead of putting "adverse reaction" on my chart, they put it under the allergy category with a flag not to give again because they found it was playing havoc on my organs.

It is crazy that you have to wait so long for blood tests. Our doctors' offices all pull blood samples while we are there. Sometimes it takes a week or two to get results, but often we have results much earlier. Well, then there are places like where my mother lives that is more like what you are saying. If they are sick there they can be put on a wait list for over two weeks sometimes. They just recently got walk in clinics there.
Still, it looks more hopeful for you than it has looked in a while. Crossing my fingers that this will help.
