1) another gorgeous day

2) lunch with 3 SIL's and a cousin and niece of Ray's - was great to see them all!

3) call with allergist tomorrow. I suspect she is checking in on my blood pressure which she asked me to track. I suspect also she will up the meds or try another. My BP is always higher than it should be

4) extra mural is being great with Dad. The PT was there last week and is CONFIDENT he can get Dad back to where he was physically and also get updated equipment for home (e.g. bath tub chair, handle bar for tub, newer walker) all funded by the govt. They want to keep people in their homes as long as they can, rather than have people seeking nursing homes. This is all SUPER news!

5) living where I do in the world, so far far away from the wars and protests.
