I miss sweets. I miss eating anything I want whenever I want. I'd like to say that feeling healthier counteracts that. It does a little. I am totally going on a ODAT mindset because I can't imagine making these choices for the rest of my life. I know only too well that one day off has usually led to 2 days, 3 days, a week, a month, a year of being lost in food. So, ODAT 'I can do for today what I can't imagine doing for the rest of my life.'
