1) CindyH's grand baby is on the mend

2) Paula is on the mend

3) my friend Crystal and her daughter Rio had a great time in the pool yesterday and are coming back today

4) ONE day on track. Ray was concerned I wasn't eating enough and I said just let me get through ONE DAY first

5) LIFE! What a gift God has blessed us with!~
