when chicken is on sale and freeze them. When I'm in a hurry or just don't want to think about cooking, they're ready to thaw and cook quickly, and I don't need to stand over them while they cook. We don't have a lot of heavy "meals" these days but it is nice to know when someone drops by or someone else needs a meal taken to them that something yummy can be thrown together quickly.
